We know there are many paths that people find and many steps along the way to recovery, whether it’s a 12 step group, a residential center, a medically assisted program, or an abstinence based program. This site helps people learn about the different options available to them based on their needs and circumstances.
Impartial
Our desire is to see people get better, not to funnel them towards a specific center or modality. We want them to find the right path for them, for their family, and for their situation. While we don’t funnel people towards certain modalities or philosophy, we do lean on experts and great resources to educate people on all the options available.

The provider listing pages will highlight key information that consumers need to see in order to make an informed decision, like an estimated cost of treatment, and credentials and licenses.
Verification
We will verify the credentials and licenses of any providers that would like to be verified and will mark them as such.
Reviews
(Coming Soon) Consumers will be able to leave reviews directly on our site for providers. Reviews must be from a client or family member’s perspective. Providers will be allowed to respond to reviews directly on the site.
Ethical
Our guiding principle is to put the patient first. We never put the needs of sponsors over the goal of helping every person that comes to the site. Here are some ways this site may stand apart from other directory sites:
- We don’t charge for listings. Our aim will be to list every legitimate provider in the UK on the site for free. Often listing sites will purposefully hide information on free listings, like the phone number or website in order to try to coax more providers into paying for sponsorships. This hurts the patient’s experience and we don’t believe in delegitimizing providers that don’t or can’t pay. All of the offerings we provide to sponsors are in addition to the good quality, baseline listing we give to any provider. (Think Yelp or TripAdvisor)
- The only phone numbers on center pages are for the actual center. Often, treatment directories build a business on pushing people to call their call center. Sometimes, the call center phone number is shown in such a way that a consumer thinks they are calling a treatment center’s direct line, but in fact they are calling a call center who may try to funnel this person to a particular center. We will avoid this altogether, by only listing the actual provider’s number on the page.
- We do not take referral fees of any kind from providers. We also don’t sell leads.
